Wouter van den Wildenberg is a specialist in matters of debt financing, restructuring, bankruptcy and other forms of financial law. His extensive experience includes finance solutions for financial institutions and companies in the automotive sector.
After studying Dutch Law at Tilburg University, Wouter completed a Master of Commercial Law at the London School of Economics with distinction. Before joining Rutgers & Posch in 2017, he worked for Allen & Overy. In 2017, he completed the Finance & Securities programme of the Grotius Academy cum laude.
