Veerle Cordemeijer

Veerle specializes in corporate law and specifically advises corporate, private equity and venture capital clients on a wide range of transactions, including private law acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate (governance) advisory work. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating IT and technology contracts.

Veerle finished her law studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2014, where she specialized in private law, and she was admitted to the bar in 2015. Veerle has joined Rutgers & Posch as per February 2024, having previously worked for Clifford Chance and Cordemeyer & Slager Advocaten.
