Thomas Been

Thomas works in the Corporate/M&A practice. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial contracts. Before joining the Corporate/M&A team, Thomas worked in the corporate law practice of another law firm. There he litigated on corporate and commercial disputes and advised on corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.

Thomas completed his bachelor’s degree in Law and his master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. Thomas also studied History at the University of Amsterdam.
