Stephanie is a specialist in privacy and data protection law. She assists Dutch and international clients with their GDPR compliance projects and with developing and implementing effective privacy policies. She also advises on a wide range of issues such as privacy statements, data processing agreements, international transfers of personal data and requests from data subjects. Stephanie’s extensive experience includes privacy in the workplace, internal inquiries and the role of co-determination processes in privacy and data protection issues. Stephanie has a special interest in the impact of privacy and data on employment law and the “future of work”.
Stephanie studied Dutch Law at the University of Groningen. During her studies, she also spent time in the United States studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. Before joining Rutgers & Posch in 2019, she worked for CMS, as a member of the employment law and data protection & privacy teams. Stephanie has completed the Grotius specialist programme in Employment Law, and is listed in the 2019 Legal 500 and the 2019 Acritas Stars rankings.
