Stephanie Boogaard

Stephanie is an experienced attorney and executive and joint Rutgers & Posch as counsel in April 2026. As a former executive of a leading company on the Chemelot site and a partner at a renowned law firm in Maastricht, Stephanie possesses a unique combination of executive experience and legal expertise. She has in-depth knowledge of boardroom issues, corporate governance, transactions, contract law, and business law in the broadest sense, and advises clients at a high strategic level. In addition, she focuses on business development and establishing new partnerships.

Stephanie works from both Amsterdam and Maastricht, thereby also strengthening the practice of Rutgers & Posch in the southern Netherlands.
