“My work frequently involves the retail sector and cross-border issues. These matters are increasingly affected by European laws and regulations. It’s important to me to know my clients well, and to understand their company or line of business properly. Ultimately, however, it’s all about the facts: what are the arrangements between the parties, did they act accordingly, what did one party do or fail to do?”
