Qury van Vliet

Attorney

Qury van Vliet focuses on corporate law and has vast experience in capital markets, corporate M&A and banking & finance. She is furthermore specialised in financial reporting law.

Qury is a member of the Dutch Accounting Standards Board and member of the editorial board of the Accounting Law Journal (Tijdschrift voor Jaarrekeningenrecht). She also teaches the accounting law course at the Law Firm School.

Qury studied at the University of Amsterdam with a Master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice and completed the post-graduate course Company Law at the Grotius Academy. Before joining Rutgers & Posch Qury worked at Loyens & Loeff.
