Milou Bannenberg

Milou works in the Corporate/M&A practice. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, corporate governance and commercial contracts. Before joining the Corporate/M&A team, Milou worked in the Litigation practice. There she litigated, among other things, on (international) commercial contracts and post-M&A disputes.

In addition to her work at Rutgers & Posch, Milou is the President of the board of Stichting Justitia. Milou studied at Utrecht University and did a minor at the University of Lisbon in Portugal. Afterwards, she completed a master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam.
