Milou Bannenberg

Milou is a lawyer in our Litigation team. She advises clients on (international) corporate law disputes, corporate governance issues, commercial contracts, and post-M&A disputes. She also regularly represents clients in court. In addition to her litigation experience, she has extensive knowledge of the Corporate/M&A practice, where she has advised both purchasers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions.

Milou is a member of the Association of Young Litigation Lawyers (Vereniging Jonge Procesadvocaten) and the Association for Corporate Litigation (Vereniging Corporate Litigation). She studied at Utrecht University, completed a minor at the University of Lisbon in Portugal, and obtained a master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam.
