Michel van Dam

Michel works at Rutgers & Posch since 2024 and is responsible for the financial administration and everything that comes with it. He specialises in making reports and analyses, but also enjoys optimising processes.

After his HEAO tax law studies at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, he started working at various companies. Especially at RPC Ltd (now Amcor plc), he gained a lot of international experience as Financial Controller and later as Financial Manager.
