Merel van der Kamp

As Office Director of Rutgers & Posch (since spring 2020), Merel is in charge of the firm’s day-to-day operational affairs. Together with Tijmen Noordoven and Rik Analbers, she makes up the Management Team.

Merel has worked for Rutgers & Posch since it was first founded in 2013, originally in the role of employment lawyer. Before she joined Rutgers & Posch, Merel worked as a lawyer for DLA Piper. She studied Dutch Law at the University of Groningen.
