Manouk is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice specialising in international acquisitions, restructurings, mergers, corporate governance issues and commercial contracts. Her work involves drafting, advising on, and negotiating transaction documents.
Manouk completed her master’s degree in Corporate Law at Leiden University. She joined Rutgers & Posch in October 2024, having previously worked at deBreij and Kennedy Van der Laan.
