Maarten advises and represents employers, pension funds, insurance companies and works councils in court on a range of pension matters as well as generally binding collective bargaining agreements. Maarten is both a civil and a tax laywer who has a solid grasp of payroll taxes.
Maarten publishes regularly and is a member of the editorial staff of Pensioenbrief. He is a member of the Association for Pension Law and the Association of Pension Specialists (KPS).
Prior to joining Rutgers & Posch, Maarten worked at Houthoff and held law.
