Maarten Ahsmann

Maarten specialises in finance transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance. He also advises on restructurings and aspects of Dutch insolvency law.
Maarten graduated from Leiden University with a master’s degree in civil law (cum laude), after which he obtained a Master of Laws in International Financial Law at King’s College London. Before joining Rutgers & Posch in October 2020, Maarten worked for Allen & Overy and Van Doorne.
