Lot obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from Utrecht Law College and completed the master’s degree in private law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She wrote her master’s thesis on the interpretation of the representativeness requirement in public interest litigation. Before starting at Rutgers & Posch, Lot worked here as a working student.
