Laura Dingemans

Laura is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice and specialises in (international) acquisitions, restructurings, mergers, corporate governance issues and commercial contracts. Her work consists of drafting, advising and negotiating transaction documents.
Laura completed a master’s degree at the University of Groningen in the fields of Private Law and Corporate Law. In 2025, Laura completed the post graduate M&A, law, finance and skills specialization program at the VU Law Academy. Until her move to Rutgers & Posch, Laura was a lawyer at another corporate M&A boutique law firm in Amsterdam.
