Justus Fortuyn

Justus specializes in corporate law and specifically advises corporate, private equity and venture capital clients on a wide range of transactions, including private law acquisitions and investment rounds. Justus also has extensive experience in advising on joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate governance issues.

Justus studied at the University of Wisconsin in the US, and then returned to the Netherlands where he obtained his Master’s degree in Corporate Law in Amsterdam’s Zuidas Business District from VU University Amsterdam. He joined Rutgers & Posch in 2018, having previously worked for Baker McKenzie and Jones Day.
