Jeanne Plettenburg

Jeanne specialises in health law and also assists organisations operating in the semi-public sector. Jeanne has a wealth of experience with cases involving sector-specific healthcare regulation, healthcare contractering / procurement and collaborations within and outside the healthcare sector. She regularly represents both primary and secondary healthcare providers in disputes with healthcare insurers, care administration offices and/or municipalities. She also assists healthcare providers and caregivers who are under investigation by the sector’s supervisory authorities (Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ), the Healthcare Authority (NZa) and the Dutch Competition Authority (ACM).

Jeanne studied at Utrecht University. Before joining Rutgers & Posch in 2022, Jeanne worked at Maverick Advocaten.
