Henriette specialises in corporate and financial law, focusing mainly on capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She is a highly experienced adviser on matters of corporate governance, market abuse and transparency rules. Henriette has worked on numerous IPOs, rights issues and private placements, representing both issuing institutions and banks.
Before joining Rutgers & Posch in 2015, Henriette worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She studied Law at the University of Amsterdam, and completed her Master’s degree in Shipping, Trade and Finance at London’s Cass Business School.
