Hanna Steensma

Hanna works in the Corporate/M&A practice. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, corporate governance and commercial contracts. Before joining the Corporate/M&A team, Hanna worked in the employment law practice. There she gained broad experience in employment disputes, advising on restructurings, and the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Hanna completed her Bachelor’s degree in Law and her Master’s degree in Private Law. at the University of Amsterdam. Before joining Rutgers & Posch, she already worked at Rutgers & Posch as a student-intern during her studies.
