Florentine Deur

Florentine specialises in employment law. She assists both national and international clients and litigates and advises on a wide range of employment law matters.

In 2019, she completed her Master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Groningen and was admitted to the bar. Florentine has been with Rutgers & Posch since 2025. Prior to that, she worked at Loyens & Loeff.
