Fabian advises Dutch and foreign investors and developers on matters of Dutch real estate law. His extensive experience includes sales and purchases of real estate portfolios, finance issues, property development and general construction and landlord-tenant law.

After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Fabian switched to studying Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He worked for Allen & Overy until he joined Rutgers & Posch in 2016.
