Anouk is a lawyer with more than 22 years of experience in the (inter)national merger and acquisition practice. She has a penchant for the energy and chemical sectors as well as drafting commercial agreements. Anouk advises both funds and corporates. Her approach is efficient and pragmatic and she likes to maintain the bigger picture.

In recent years, Anouk has been heavily involved in transactions involving storage terminals and gas fields, advising on the Mining Act and the Heating Act, and drafting long-term cooperation agreements.

Anouk was educated at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to that, Anouk worked as counsel at Linklaters and as an attorney at Loyens & Loeff, among others.
