Annemeijne Zwager

Attorney

Annemeijne is an employment lawyer who advises both domestic and international clients on collective layoffs and individual dismissals, reorganisations, mergers and co-determination matters. She also litigates on these matters with regularity. Annemeijne’s experience includes intellectual property law, ICT law, commercial contract law and privacy and personal data protection.


Annemeijne graduated from the University of Groningen, where she successfully completed the Double Law Degree programme in combination with a Master’s degree in Corporate Law. Before joining Rutgers & Posch in 2018, Annemeijne worked for NautaDutilh.

Annemeijne previously volunteered with the Dutch Council of Refugees as a “language buddy”.
