Senior Legal Advisor

Annelot is a specialist in employment law and possesses extensive international experience, including advising on comparative law and drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts in an international context. She advises domestic and international companies and cultural institutions on matters of employment law and privacy. Annelot has also been involved in numerous co-determination processes.

Annelot has been part of the employment-law team at Rutgers & Posch since 2018. After she completed her studies in Dutch Law at the University of Amsterdam, Annelot spent six years as an employment lawyer at Kennedy Van der Laan, followed by five years with the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne.
