Iris van Diepen has been working at Rutgers & Posch since April 2021. After completing her law degree at the University of Amsterdam, she completed a Master’s in Human Rights Law at the University of Cape Town. Before joining Rutgers & Posch she worked for several years in the retail/service industry.

Marjolijn studied English-Dutch at d’Witte Lelie in Amsterdam. After her studies, she quickly switched to the legal profession. She has worked as a legal secretary for almost 30 years with Certa Legal, Schneider & Van Dalsum and Stibbe, among others. She has also made some switches to other branches, a.o. as office manager at Tiqets International and as assistant marketing and PR at Joop van den Ende Theaterproducties.…

As Office Director of Rutgers & Posch (since spring 2020), Merel is in charge of the firm’s day-to-day operational affairs. Together with Tijmen Noordoven and Rik Analbers, she makes up the Management Team. Merel has worked for Rutgers & Posch since it was first founded in 2013, originally in the role of employment lawyer. Before she joined Rutgers & Posch, Merel worked as a lawyer for DLA Piper.…

Mirjam is a legal secretary who has been with Rutgers & Posch since 2015. She has been working in the legal profession since 2005, primarily in corporate law, but also in banking & finance and M&A.

Ingrid Wagenvoort has been with Rutgers & Posch since 2017, having previously spent some 18 years at firms including Kennedy Van der Laan, Allen & Overy and Stibbe. Ingrid started working in the healthcare sector. Before becoming a legal assistant, she worked various jobs including in the prison system.
