Iris van Diepen
Iris van Diepen has been working at Rutgers & Posch since April 2021. After completing her law degree at the University of Amsterdam, she completed a Master’s in Human Rights Law at the University of Cape Town. Before joining Rutgers & Posch she worked for several years in the retail/service industry.

Marjolijn de Nijs
Marjolijn studied English-Dutch at d’Witte Lelie in Amsterdam. After her studies, she quickly switched to the legal profession. She has worked as a legal secretary for almost 30 years with Certa Legal, Schneider & Van Dalsum and Stibbe, among others. Merel van der Kamp
As Office Director of Rutgers & Posch (since spring 2020), Merel is in charge of the firm’s day-to-day operational affairs. Together with Tijmen Noordoven and Rik Analbers, she makes up the Management Team. Ingrid Wagenvoort
Ingrid Wagenvoort has been with Rutgers & Posch since 2017, having previously spent some 18 years at firms including Kennedy Van der Laan, Allen & Overy and Stibbe. Ingrid started working in the healthcare sector. Before becoming a legal assistant, she worked various jobs including in the prison system.
