Lot van der Werf

Lot is a member of the Employment practice group. Lot obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from Utrecht Law College and completed the master’s degree in private law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She wrote her master’s thesis on the interpretation of the representativeness requirement in public interest litigation. Before starting at Rutgers & Posch, Lot worked here as a working student.

Pip Blom

Pip is a member of the Litigation practice group. She wrote her master’s thesis on the Act on the confirmation of out-of-court restructuring plans (in Dutch: WHOA). Pip completed her master’s degree in Private Law at the University in Amsterdam.

Marjolijn de Nijs

Marjolijn studied English-Dutch at d’Witte Lelie in Amsterdam. After her studies, she quickly switched to the legal profession. She has worked as a legal secretary for almost 30 years with Certa Legal, Schneider & Van Dalsum and Stibbe, among others. She has also made some switches to other branches, a.o. as office manager at Tiqets International and as assistant marketing and PR at Joop van den Ende Theaterproducties.…

As Office Director of Rutgers & Posch (since spring 2020), Merel is in charge of the firm’s day-to-day operational affairs.
