Pip Blom
Pip is a member of the Litigation practice group. She wrote her master’s thesis on the Act on the confirmation of out-of-court restructuring plans (in Dutch: WHOA). Pip completed her master’s degree in Private Law at the University in Amsterdam.

Natascha Ferwerda
Natascha has been working as HR and Project Coordinator at Rutgers & Posch since April 2024. Besides her work, she studies Psychology and Law at the Open University. Before joining Rutgers & Posch, Natascha worked at Linklaters, ElipsLife and KLM Health Services.

Ryneira Domacassé
Ryneira joined Rutgers & Posch as a legal secretary in February 2024. She completed her Leisure Management studies in Amsterdam. After her internship, she soon made the move to ABN AMRO to eventually join the trust world. After working for the trust office TMF in Amsterdam for 15 years, she has now made the switch to working at a law firm.

Iris van Diepen
Iris van Diepen has been working at Rutgers & Posch since April 2021. After completing her law degree at the University of Amsterdam, she completed a Master’s in Human Rights Law at the University of Cape Town. Before joining Rutgers & Posch she worked for several years in the retail/service industry.

Marjolijn de Nijs
Marjolijn studied English-Dutch at d’Witte Lelie in Amsterdam. After her studies, she quickly switched to the legal profession. She has worked as a legal secretary for almost 30 years with Certa Legal, Schneider & Van Dalsum and Stibbe, among others. She has also made some switches to other branches, a.o. as office manager at Tiqets International and as assistant marketing and PR at Joop van den Ende Theaterproducties.…

Merel van der Kamp
As Office Director of Rutgers & Posch (since spring 2020), Merel is in charge of the firm’s day-to-day operational affairs. Together with Tijmen Noordoven and Rik Analbers, she makes up the Management Team. Merel has worked for Rutgers & Posch since it was first founded in 2013, originally in the role of employment lawyer. Before she joined Rutgers & Posch, Merel worked as a lawyer for DLA Piper.…
