Florentine specialises in employment law. She assists both national and international clients and litigates and advises on a wide range of employment law matters. In 2019, she completed her Master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Groningen and was admitted to the bar. Florentine has been with Rutgers & Posch since 2025. Lot obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from Utrecht Law College and completed the master’s degree in private law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She wrote her master’s thesis on the interpretation of the representativeness requirement in public interest litigation. Before starting at Rutgers & Posch, Lot worked here as a working student.
