Op 10 juni 2014 heeft de Eerste Kamer het wetsvoorstel Werk en Zekerheid (33818) aangenomen. Het voorstel vloeit voort uit het Sociaal Akkoord dat kabinet en sociale partners op 11 april 2013 hebben gesloten. Naast een vernieuwing van het ontslagrecht bevat het wetsvoorstel verbeteringen voor de rechtspositie van flexwerkers en een aanpassing van de werkloosheidsregelingen. De eerste artikelen van deze wet treden op 1 januari 2015 in werking.…
