Before joining Rutgers & Posch Henriette worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Amsterdam. Henriette specialises in corporate and financial services law. She focuses on equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and has a lot of experience advising in the field of corporate governance, market abuse and transparency obligations.

Rutgers & Posch has advised TravelBird on obtaining further equity financing. The owners of the German online shop Zalando have thereby increased their stake in the Amsterdam based online travel organization.
