Rutgers & Posch advises Icon Real Estate on the sale of Atrium to Amundi
Icon Real Estate sold the Atrium office building in the Netherlands’ prime business district to Amundi. Icon Real Estate acquired the property in 2012. The original Atrium building has fully been renovated and two new towers and an underground parking garage are being constructed.
