Rutgers & Posch advises Hoya Corporation, a global technology and med-tech company and supplier of innovative high-tech and medical products, on the acquisition of the remaining 49% of the shares in Wassenburg Medical B.V., a developer of automated endoscope reprocessing products, as a result of which it became the sole shareholder of Wassenburg Medical B.V. The team of Rutgers & Posch consisted of Lennaert Posch and Laura Dingemans.
