Rutgers & Posch advises the shareholder of Toyota de Jonge Goes – Vlissingen in relation to the sale of Toyota de Jonge Goes – Vlissingen to Cappendijk cars. By completing this acquisition Cappendijk cars becomes the official Toyota dealer for the entire province Zeeland.
