Rutgers & Posch advised the shareholders of Lexerta, a leading provider of health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance software, on the sale of a majority stake to WeKomply, a leading Nordic compliance software company that is backed by private equity investor Via Equity. With this transaction Lexerta can further develop and strengthen its business in the Netherlands, Belgium and across the rest of Europe.
