Rutgers & Posch advises Anders Invest on the acquisition of an equity stake in Straatman Building Smart Connections and the reinvestment by the current shareholders. Straatman Building Smart Connections is a manufacturer of balcony railings and balustrades and has an annual turnover of €20 to €25 million and nearly 100 employees. Anders Invest is an investment fund that primarily invests for the long term in Dutch manufacturing companies, businesses in the food and agriculture sector, and (healthcare) real estate.
