Rutgers & Posch advises Adeleon Familienholding GmbH, formerly WESTFA Holding GmbH, on the sale of 100% of the share capital in WESTFA Energy GmbH to Mabanaft GmbH & Co. WESTFA is one of the leading suppliers of liquefied petroleum gas. Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG is a leading independent and integrated energy company. The transaction will come into effect starting from January 1st 2024 and is subject to the approval of the European competition authorities.
