Rutgers & Posch appoints Justus Fortuyn and Vasco Hoving as new partners, effective from 1 January 2024. Justus has been appointed partner in the Corporate/M&A practice group and Vasco in the Finance practice group. These appointments are a great start of the new year for our firm.
Justus Fortuyn specialises in corporate law and advises corporate, private equity and venture capital clients on a wide range of transactions, including private M&A and investment rounds.
Vasco Hoving is active in the Finance practice, advising banks, corporations and investment funds. He has experience in corporate lending transactions, securitisations and financial restructurings and has a focus on sustainability and ESG.
