Rutgers & Posch advises Henri & Herman on the sale of its automotive dealerships in the region Utrecht to Emile Frey. Emile Frey is one of the largest automotive holdings in Europe and pursuant to the transaction it will acquire Henri & Herman Opel, Citroen, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Lanci, Alfa Romeo and Abarth dealerships in the region Utrecht, the Netherlands.
