Telios RE Infrastructure for Mobility Fund purchased the real estate assets of Parking Fund Nederland IV, managed by the Holland Immo Group. Parking Fund Nederland IV consists of two parking garages having a total of 691 parking spaces. The purchase price amounts to EUR 22.5 million. Telios Investments is a partner company of Green Arrow Capital, an independent investment group specialised in infrastructure investments with EUR 2 billion in assets under management.
