Rutgers & Posch appoints new board

  • Tijmen Noordoven and Rik Analbers form the executive board

Amsterdam, 3 January 2022 – Tijmen Noordoven will become the new managing partner of law firm Rutgers & Posch. Together with Rik Analbers, he will form the executive board of Rutgers & Posch from 1 January 2023. Noordoven and Analbers have taken over the managerial duties from Inge de Laat and Matthijs van den Broek. The latter will return to focusing fully on their work as partners of the Amsterdam-based law firm.

Tijmen Noordoven (41) will take over as managing partner from Inge de Laat who held this role for four years. Noordoven is a partner at Rutgers & Posch and has been with the firm since its inception in 2013. “This year marks Rutgers & Posch’s 10th anniversary and the firm is in better shape than ever. Our distinctive character where quality, great clients and interesting cases go hand in hand with fun at work and with each other is the basis of our success. I look forward to building on this success in the coming years together with my partners and all the other office colleagues and growing the office further.”

Rik Analbers (39) has joined the executive board, succeeding Matthijs van den Broek, who held this role for four years. Analbers has worked at Rutgers & Posch for over seven years, the last eighteen months of which as a partner. Analbers: “I am very much looking forward to leading the firm together with Tijmen in the coming years and continuing to focus on further growth of the various practices.”

Noordoven and Analbers will continue to work as lawyers in addition to their board positions.
