Rutgers & Posch advised shareholders Ecotap on sale to Legrand S.A.

Rutgers & Posch advised the selling shareholders of Ecotap, the leading Netherlands based EV charging solution provider, on the sale of Ecotap to French based Legrand S.A.

Ecotap has more than 40,000 charge points in over 22 countries and is one of the leading European specialists in AC and DC chargers, offering full-suite solutions and services for homes, businesses and public places. The partnership with Legrand will support the expected international growth of Ecotap through Legrand’s global reach, expertise and network.
