Rutgers & Posch advised the shareholders of Tandarts Today on the sale to Gilde Healthcare. Tandarts Today is a fast-growing chain of dental practices and dental laboratories with a distinctive character, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Tandarts Today was founded by Ruben Hoefnagels, who remains CEO and shareholder. Gilde Healthcare will support future growth.
