Rutgers & Posch advised McRock Capital in relation to funding of Dott

Rutgers & Posch advised McRock Capital, a Canadian venture capital firm, in relation to the €70.5 million Series B funding round of Dott, the Dutch micro-mobility company. Since its creation in October 2018, Dott has grown to be one of the leading players in Europe, with a live fleet of more than 30,000 e-scooters in 5 countries.
