Rutgers & Posch advices De Poli Tankers on the acquisition of a part of the Team Tankers group, including several vessels and the organisation in Marbella. De Poli Tankers Group owns and operates a fleet of eight chemical tankers, which has bolstered with Team Tankers’ seven Europe-based chemical stainless-steel parcel tankers.
