Rutgers & Posch advised Crossbay, MARK’s logistics platform on acquisition of an asset in Schiphol-Rijk

On this transaction Rutgers & Posch advised MARK on the acquisition and letting out of a property in Schipol Rijk, located Bellsingel 61. The asset is fully occupied by a single tenant and provides over 22.656 m2 of warehousing space (including office space), as well as 270 parking places. The transaction was structured as a sale and lease back transaction under which the logistic center was also let out to BCC Elektro Speciaalzaken B.V.

Crossbay is the last mile logistics platform of MARK (former Meyer Bergman). Rutgers & Posch has been advising MARK’s Crossbay on the acquisition of several assets in the Netherlands to build up their logistic platform.
