Rutgers & Posch advised Fastned on acquisition of The Fast Charging Network

9 July 2020

On 1 July 2020, Fastned acquired 100% of the shares in The Fast Charging Network – a company having the rights to operate fast charging stations at 16 high traffic service areas along national highways in the Netherlands – from the holding company of the MisterGreen group for a purchase price of Euro 1.98 million. The purchase price was paid by means of the issuance of 165,000 new depositary receipts of Fastned (representing 1.1% of the total number of outstanding depositary receipts of Fastned). A final settlement of the purchase price will take place on 1 July 2021 based on the average closing price of the depositary receipts of Fastned on Euronext Amsterdam during the 40 trading days prior to that date.
