In March 2020, Euronext acquired the remaining 49% stake in Company Webcast – a Dutch company specialised in professional webcast and webinar services – from the minority shareholders, making Euronext the sole shareholder. The transaction included a payment of Euro 27 million (including an earn-out payment in connection with the earlier acquisition of the 51% stake in Company Webcast in February 2017).
