Rutgers & Posch advised Scholle IPN, a Dutch bag-in-box and pouch packaging company, on the acquisition of a majority of the shares in Frischmann Kunststoffe GmbH, a German film film production and processing company, from KIVO, a Dutch producer of plastic packaging.
