Rutgers & Posch has advised Icon Real Estate (Victory Advisors) on its sale of the full service complex New Babylon in The Hague. The property was acquired by Corestate Capital Holding, through its subsidiary Hannover Leasing, for PFA Pension, a Danish pension fund and insurance company. The sale was structured through a share deal. The New Babylon office complex is located in the heart of The Hague in the immediate vicinity of the central railway station. Icon has redeveloped the property into a high quality full service complex, with tenants such as Property Works, TNO, Ahold and Coolbue.
