Eneco’s Central Works Council (COR) was advised by Rutgers & Posch during the acquisition of Eneco by a consortium of Mitsubishi Corporation and Chubu. In view of the by the COR initiated inquiry procedure that took place earlier, the COR was closely involved in the sale of Eneco from the very beginning and had an active role in it. The Japanese consortium is paying EUR 4.1 billion.
