Rutgers & Posch advises AutoBinck Group and its subsidiary Business Lease Group on the merger between Business Lease Nederland and Terberg Leasing. The merger has been effected on 3 January 2019 and the name of the new enterprise is Terberg Business Lease Group BV. After the merger the Terberg Business Lease Group has a fleet size of 46,500 units and a balance sheet total of more than Euro 700 mln.
